This little girl is the youngest of 6 children (one of whom has thalassaemia) whose mother died very recently. Father works in construction when work is available, earning 5,400 B per month. They live rent free in grandma's house, but utilities, food and hospital transport costs are in excess of this figure. She needs help to cover school fees and snacks during the day.
